Our Youth Minister

Aidan O'Toole

Hello, my name is Aidan and I am your youth minister. I cover St. Joseph High School, St. Patricks, St. Lorenzo, and St. Thomas in Red Deer. In Blackfalds, I cover St. Gregory.

I have been working in youth ministry for about 10 years. I graduated from Red Deer Catholic in 2016 and am a product of the district's youth ministry programs.

I am passionate about sharing my faith to help students know Jesus and understand our Catholic faith! I also love playing board games, playing video, crocheting, and being outdoors.

Learn About Our Youth Ministry

People of Discipleship or P.O.D

P.O.D is a middle school Catholic youth ministry program that is filled with fun, food, games, prayer, and sessions based on the Catholic faith. High school students have the opportunity to be P.O.D leaders through formation and leadership training. This program is run through Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools and the parishes of Red Deer, Innisfail, Olds, and Blackfalds.

Blackfalds P.O.D

Blackfalds has P.O.D takes place one Wednesday a month excluding December, February, and June.

Red Deer P.O.D Takes place on most Thursdays at various schools around Red Deer from 7pm to 9pm. All are welcome to join us for fun, faith, faith, and fellowship!
